I am Sidney Smith, owner of SuperSet Fitness Studio and a licensed personal trainer with an uncommon vision: to create a market for very affordable, quality, efficient, and effective personal training. SuperSet Fitness is the first of many fitness centers to be opened in and around Houston. The current facility showcases state-of-the-art equipment, featuring the latest equipment in fitness technology. I guarantee that this program will give you real results. The SuperSet Fitness one-muscle-group, eight-session routine will give a focused and thorough, total-body workout. I believe that a balanced routine of cardio and medium-weight, high-repetition resistance is the most effective way to lowering body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Trainees are required to perform 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance training at every session. SuperSet Fitness also recommends that clients reinforce their healthy workout routine with healthy eating habits at home. I encourage trainees to eat more vegetables and lean meats. The increase in vegetables and lean meats will give your body more of the nutrients that you need to fuel your workouts and help you lose weight. I encourage my clients to avoid fast food restaurants and to drink lots of water.
The SuperSet Fitness program is geared toward your individual health and success. The program is broken into 8 different routines. The current training package is 70 sessions, which costs 16.50.00 an hour. Within 70 sessions, the SuperSet Fitness Program can help change your body. You will have lost weight and inches on your way to a new and improved version of yourself. This plan requires that you meet with the trainer 4 to 5 days a week, for one hour. You are expected to practice healthy eating habits: vegetables, lean meats, and increased water intake. SuperSet Fitness wants to change Houston’s current level of fitness. I want a back-to-basics approach and at-your-convenience training that leaves no room for excuses. The program is easy to access, easy to maintain, and affordable. Your results depend on you.
